Hey there, I'm Salini, a passionate coding enthusiast from Malaysia. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science in Computer Networks & Security with Honours at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. My coding journey began with experimenting with various web development languages, and now I aim to deepen my skills and passion for web development.

My primary goal in coding is straightforward: to create visually appealing and functional applications. Whether I'm designing sleek interfaces or developing robust web applications, I am always exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of what I can achieve.

This evaluation aims to assess key aspects such as performance, accessibility, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the selected websites.

The goal of this assignment is to collaboratively design and develop a single page of a personal website landing page. This project will leverage HTML and CSS Grid layout to create a visually appealing and responsive landing page.

The purpose of this assignment is to create an individual GitHub e-portfolio that effectively showcases student work, learning progression, and achievements. This e-portfolio serves both as a product,a digital collection of artifacts and a process reflecting on these artifacts and what they represent.

Through this assignment, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of web performance auditing using Google Lighthouse. Evaluating six prominent AI-focused websites allowed me to delve deeply into performance metrics, accessibility standards, and SEO practices. I learned how to systematically analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each site, providing valuable insights into their overall efficiency and user experience. This project also enhanced my ability to use data to draw comparisons and identify trends across multiple sites, sharpening my analytical skills and attention to detail.

Report

This assignment provided me with a practical experience in web design and development, focusing on the use of HTML and CSS Grid layout. By selecting and emulating a theme from established websites, I enhanced my skills in analyzing and replicating design elements using browser tools. Creating a structured webpage with a header, navigational menus, content section, and footer taught me the importance of a cohesive layout and responsive design. I also learned how to personalize a webpage, making it reflective of individual personality and style while maintaining functionality and visual appeal. Moving forward, I plan to integrate more advanced web development techniques, such as animations and interactive elements, to create more engaging web experiences.

Through this assignment, I have gained substantial knowledge and practical experience in using GitHub as a platform to create and maintain a professional e-portfolio. I learned how to organize and present my work effectively, including assignments, projects, and personal achievements. This process enhanced my skills in version control, documentation, and web development. Additionally, I developed a deeper understanding of how to reflect on my work, articulate my learning progression, and showcase my capabilities to potential employers and collaborators.This project emphasized the importance of maintaining an up-to-date and reflective portfolio. It encouraged me to critically evaluate my work and consider how best to present my skills and experiences.
